The look out the new back sliders is so much better then the old double hungs. It opens up those two rooms, I haven't put the curtains back up so I can enjoy the wonderful view. I am not sure Which rooms I like more, the back of the house with the sliders or the front of the house with two picture windows in the front. "Overall a great product and very friendly staff. The installation took a bit longer then expected since we needed to re-order a few windows and have a second installation date. The siding quality is fantastic, there were a few bumps with the installation team but the manager, Craig, quickly addressed all of our concerns and corrected, even when it meant doing it himself on a weekend. The windows are beautiful and our queen ann grids look gorgeous and my house finally feels warm! All the neighboors have complimented the job and my in-laws have already signed up to have their windows replaced. Also to mention is the customer service center, every time I call they have been extremely polite and have been great to work with. All in all a good company."
